Doctor’s Gift: Pokemon Multi-TF

The Doctor, not the time traveling one. This Doctor specializes in transformations. He prides himself on turning good kids into Pokemon and taking them to his special Pokemon Sanctuary, where the Pokemon live happily.

Today, the Doctor was being called by a friend who was calling in an old favor, the doctor was to come to the St Leonard’s Orphanage, which was scheduled to be demolished, and TF the remaining eight children, taking them to his Sanctuary. So now the doctor comes to fulfill his favor. But he also had a little extra planned.

“Well.  I’m here.”   The Doctor announced.

quickly his old friend, Raymond, met him at the door. “Doc, you came... you’re still going by that nickname right?” Raymond asked.

“Yeah...I am.”   The Doctor responded.

“okay, thank you for coming and doing this for these kids, I couldn’t ever let them live on the streets.” Raymond in gratitude... before noticing a tepig syringe in the docs hand. “what’s that for?”

“Well,  Raymond.. I thought that you’d like to go first.”   The Doctor answered.  “This may sting a little.” Raymond gulped as Doc injected him with the serum. Raymond could feel the effects taking hold, as he looked as his hands.   In a swift motion,  his fingers blackened and fused as his hands altered to become hooves.

An orange skintone crept over his body as his feet also changed...becoming hooves as well, in addition to this a porcine tail grew out of his rear.

Raymond was surprised that his friend was turning him into a Tepig, Doc must’ve wanted to take him with them boys. “so... do I get my snout?” Raymond asked.

“You will...”  The Doctor responded,  nodding.

A black colouration formed around his lower body and on his head as his ears shifted to become pig-like.   A round ball grew out of the tip of his tail.

His face pushed out slightly into a porcine snout as his transformation completed,   he was now a Tepig. The Human looked over his adorable new body, “Thank you doc.” Raymond notice his voice was high pitch and he felt like he was a child. “did... you.... regress me into an age five, like you did back in high school?”

“Yes...in a way.   Now,  we have lots of work to do.”   The Doctor replied,  smiling slightly as he picked him up.

Hours later

In a small room, eight young boys were waiting, they’d been told about the doctor, and that they’d all be Pokemon by the end of the day. But they were about how nice or mean the Doctor would be in transforming them. The Youngest of them, an 8 year old named Yukio was the most frightened.

The Doctor entered the room with a pet Tepig in his arms,  he settled the Tepig down before introducing himself.

“Hello there.   You must be the new patients.”   The Doctor said.

“Are you the TF Doctor” another boy, Leon, asked.

“Why yes...I am.   Welcome!”   The Doctor responded.

Leon gently brought Yukio over to Doc. “Please, let Yukio be a Pokemon first, He’s scared of being on the streets, let he be the first be happy.”

“Fear not,   I shall be more than happy to help.  Yukio, I have something special for you.” The Doctor assured.
“you... do?” Yukio asked, nervous yet curious.

“Why yes... it will help you become a Pokemon.”    The Doctor told him,  getting out a special item from his bag of items.

It was a discarded shell of sorts,  reminiscent of a turtle’s one in the way that it looked,  it was very sturdy and strong.

“What are you going to do with that?” Yukio asked.

The Doctor turned to Yukio and gently put the shell on his back,  making sure to be careful in the process. Yukio’s Body soon sat snugly inside what seemed like a Squirtle shell. Yukio actually found the shell to feel nice and comfy. especially the shell’s underside. “It’s comfy, but what is it gonna do to me?”

“Why...it is going to make you into a Squirtle so that you can live here in this sanctuary.”  The Doctor explained.

A blue skintone slowly crept up his legs as his feet changed shape,   this was followed by a blue,  slightly almost squirrel-like tail growing out.

Yukio as amazed, he was actually turning into a Pokemon, and his favorite one too. “Wow, thank you for doing this to me, mister!”

The blue skintone crept up his arms as his hands slowly changed shape,  The Doctor gave a  calming smile as he watched.

“You are welcome.”   The Doctor responded.

Yukio was already so much happy, and he wasn’t even a fully squirtle yet. He ran over to leon and brought him over to Doc, “can Leon be next after me?”

“He certainly can.”  The Doctor answered.

His head rounded out slightly as his face turned blue and his eyes widened,  completing the transformation.

Yukio was so happy as a Squirtle, though he quickly found himself yawning, drained and tired.

“Come with me..I know a good place for you to rest.”   The Doctor instructed.


Yukio obediently followed Doc.    The Doctor took him to a very special bedroom and put him inside a bed especially made for Pokemon,   he tucked him in as he smiled. Yukio smiled back, he yawned once more, and went to sleep.

The Doctor left the bedroom and returned to the other kids,  as he got the claws out from the left hand corner of the bag.

Leon as Curious, “Scizor Claws?”

“Why yes...and quite a unique pair at that.”   The Doctor spoke.

The Doctor carefully put them on Leon’s hands,   which in turn started the change as they fused with his arms. “What the? What’s going on?”

“This is part of the process.”  The Doctor explained.

A red skintone crept up his arms as they grew thinner,  his chest also developed that red skintone,  reshaping slightly into a lithe insect-like torso.    Two white wings slowly grew out of his back.

“Whoa, I’m turning into  Scizor!” Leon was amazed, just like Yukio was.

His legs grew thinner as the skintone on them turned red as his feet slowly changed,  toes melding into them to become replaced with insect-like claws.

A black tint appeared just below his stomach as the changes progressed further.

“Will I Be allowed to still help Yukio out?” Leon asked.

“Why yes,   there’s always room for more.”  The Doctor responded.

Leon begins over another boy, Rick. “I choose him to be next.” Leon said.

“Alright.  When you are finished..I shall do him next.”  The Doctor told him.

Leon smiled, as he felt the final changes begin.  A black tint appeared around his neck as his head changed shape to become more insect-like. Leon was now a Scizor, shrank to child size, now age eight to make Yukio, and also tired and Sleepy.

“Yukio is in the bedroom,  I can take you there if you’d like.”  The Doctor offered.

The young Pokemon nodded, reaching for doc to carry him to yukio.   The Doctor picked him up and carried him in his arms,   as he took him into the bedroom and into a special bed.

Seeing the Squirtle in the bed across from him. Leon relaxed as Doc Tucked him in, and he fell asleep.

The Doctor left the bedroom once more to go and attend to the other children.

“So... I guess i’m up?”

“Yes...you are.”   The Doctor said,  nodding.

Rick simply waited for Doc to do the TF to him.  The Doctor pulled out a special collar and put it around his neck.

Blackish fur slowly grew on his hands as his hands shifted to become paw-like,  white bands formed around the paws.

His feet also shifted to become paw-like as blackish fur crept up his legs,   the white bands formed around his paw-like feet as a canine tail slowly grew out of his rear.

Rick sat down, know he’d soon be trapped forever on all fours, looking at his new paws, he began to shiver from the Autumn cold.

Thinking quickly,  The Doctor pulled out a blanket and wrapped it around Rick,  making him nice and warm.

Blackish fur grew all over the rest of his body as redish fur grew on his belly and white bands formed on his back.

“even with my new fur, i’m still cold. could you spare a blanket, doc?”

The Doctor happily obliged as he pulled out two sets of blankets,  laying the first set down and wrapping one around Rick.
 
With the warmth of the blanket, Rick felt a lot better, influencing his transformation further.  His ears shifted to the top of his head and became canine in shape as a stylized skull-like formation grew on his head.

His teeth lengthened and sharpened as his face turned a redish colour and pushed out into a canine muzzle,  his nose turned darker as his transformation completed.

Rick was a happy little houndour, panting happily before yawn, he instinctively laid out the blanket, and laid down on it.
“Thank you,   Doc!”  Rick yawned.

“No problem.”   The Doctor responded.

The Doctor left and returned back to the other kids,  bringing the bag of items with him.

“me next sir?” asked a boy, Marcus.

“Yes...you are.”  The Doctor answered, nodding.

Marcus was curious as he waited for his special item.     The Doctor pulled it from the bottom section of the bag,  it was a pair of brown leggings made to look like the lower body of a Tauros.

Marcus blushed as he changed into the Leggings.  There was a series of warm sensations as the leggings fused with his body,  starting with his legs as his feet changed to become hooves.

“Whoa, i’ve got hooves” Marcus said, feeling the sensation in his hands.

His fingers started fusing together as his hands slowly changed to become hoof-like as well,  a bovine tail had just grown out of his rear.

The tail had three tips to it as he shrank to calf size.

“This fur feels so comfy and warm. Thank you Doc.” Marcus said.

“It is no trouble at all.” The Doctor responded.

Two horns slowly grew out of the tip of his head,  along with silver studs forming on the forehead.

The young tauros calf was yawning and ready for bed.   His face pushed out into a snout as a nose ring appeared in his nose and his changes completed.

The Doctor picked up the Tauros calf and took him into the bedroom to join the others that were sleeping peacefully.

He left the room to go and return back to the other children.

“sir... may I be next?” Michael asked.

“Yes...”  The Doctor responded.

He pulled out a serum of sorts from his bag,   it contained a shimmering liquid of sorts.

“does that stuff go inside me?” Michael asked.

“Why yes..it does.”    The Doctor answered,  nodding.

He injected the serum into Michael’s neck,  making sure to be gentle in the process.

Michael waited for the effects.  Within a few seconds there was a warm glow surrounding his body.

His skin slowly turned white as his arms shortened,  becoming a bit stubby -  also developing flaps that were akin to long sleeves.

“whoa... what’s... What am I becoming?”

“You are becoming a Jirachi.  A magical wish-granting Pokemon.  The serum I injected into you was to awaken the 100 year sleep.”  The Doctor explained.

“So... I can simply sleep for a health 8 hours like others?”

“Yes..something along those lines.”  The Doctor responded.

The transformation continued as he started to levitate for a few seconds,  a line appeared in the middle of his stomach -   the line hid a third eye of sorts.

“I... can barely feel my legs...”

The changes progressed up to his neck as a headdress of sorts materialized around his head,  his body shrank in size and took on a slightly star-like shape.   As the headdress developed a white and goldish tint with 3 points.

Three bluish pieces of paper materialized on those 3 points on the headdress,  his eyes widened as markings that were akin to tears appeared around them.

“am... I a jirachi now?”

“Yes.”  The Doctor responded, nodding.

The Little Wish Granter yawn, wrapping himself into sleep form.  The Doctor held him in his arms and took him into the bedroom,  putting him into a specially made bed that looked like a cloud. “Thank you Doc.”

“No problem.”   The Doctor said.

The Doctor once again left the bedroom and headed over to the remaining children,  he pulled out some more items.

The next boy was Joel,  who walked over to him and curiously looked at the headset that the Doctor had in his hand.

“What is that?”   Joel asked.

“It’s a special headset..”  The Doctor responded.

Joel, curious put it on. “like this?”

“Yes..”  The Doctor added.

Joel waited for any effects to happen.   And it wasn’t long until the effects started to happen.  Chocolate brown fur slowly grew on his chest and torso as his hands changed shape to become paw-like.

“Whoa, these paws are kinda cute.: Joel said.

“Well of course..you are becoming a Buneary after all.”  The Doctor responded.

Creme coloured fur covered his legs as his feet changed to become paw-like as well,  a brown,  puffy furred tail grew out of his rear.

The headset morphed to become a pair of rabbit ears with creamish tips,  as pink pads appeared on his front paws.

“wow... thank you... I’m... so... adorable!”

“You’re welcome.”   The Doctor responded.

Two cremish markings appeared above his eyes as his nose turned pink and his face pushed out into a short muzzle.   He was now a Buneary.

The cute little Pokemon Yawned, and reached for doc to pick him up.  The Doctor took him by the paw and picked him up,  taking him to the bedroom.

Jonah was waiting to go next, with the much younger aaron being forced to go last.  The Doctor turned to Aaron and gestured to him.

“Aaron.  You’re next.”  The Doctor uttered.

“Me? really?” Aaron asked, coming over.

“Why yes...” The Doctor responded.

The Doctor reached into the bag once more and pulled out a special bottle of lotion,  it had a picture of a dino-like creature on the front.

“Is that for me?” the young boy asked.

“Why yes...it is a special soothing lotion.”  The Doctor answered.

Young aaron watched as the Docter rubbed the lotion on his Aaron’s feet.   The effects took place immediately as a greenish skintone crept up his legs and his feet slowly changed shape.

“whoa, I get to be a Pokemon?” Aaron asked.

“Yes.”

The changes progressed as the greenish skintone moved up his body,  his hands slowly changed shape.

“What are you turning me into?”

“An Axew..”   The Doctor answered.

A tail slowly grow out of his rear as a greenish colouration appeared around his neck as a horn-like formation grew out of the top of his head.

“I get to be a Cute little axew?” Aaron asked excitedly.

“You certainly do.”

His nose fused into his skin but his nostrils were still visible as his eyes turned red with black irises.  Pale tusks grew out of his lower jaw as his change completed.

the adorable little Axew jumped into doc’s arms happily, before yawning.  The doors to the bedroom slid open as The Doctor carried him in.

“thank you for turning me into an Axew, Doc.” Aaron said in gratitude.

“No problem.”   The Doctor responded.

The Doctor went out of the bedroom and returned to the other room,  there he saw Jonah -  the last kid.

“I’m the final member of the group.” Jonah said.

“Yes..and I saved the best of my special gifts for last.”  The Doctor responded.

Reaching down into the bottom of the bag and brought out a medium sized stone,  it had a gem inside it.

“what will that turn me into?” Jonah curiously asked.

“Put your hand over it..and you’ll see.”  The Doctor answered.

Jonah obediently put both his hands over the stone, absorbing it’s energy. -  this gave off a warm,  radiant glow.

His skintone turned from its normal colour to blue as his hands slowly changed shape,  in addition to this his feet also changed shape.

Two tails slowly cascaded out of his rear,  on both tails were a pair of beautiful red jewels that glistened.

“i;m becoming one of the lake trio?” jonah asked, managing to use his rather weak powers to float into Doc’s arms.

“Yes...you are becoming an Azelf.”  The Doctor responded,  holding Jonah in his arms.

“Wow... thank you Doc, for taking us in and letting us be little young Pokemon. We owe you so much.” Jonah said.

“It was no trouble at all.  I’m always happy to help.”   The Doctor responded,  smiling slightly.

“Okay, i’m ready.”

His head changed shape to become cone-like as his eyes widened and turned golden,  a dark bluish tint coming down from the top.

“thank you... doc...” The azelf fell asleep in his arms.

The doors of the bedroom slid open again as The Doctor carried him into the bedroom,  placing him in a bed that had a mystical design to it.

Raymond was waiting outside the room, a grateful smile on his little Tepig face. “thank you so much Doc, you’ve done a great thing for me and those kids.” Raymond said.

“Well,  I like helping people.”   The Doctor responded.

“so Do I live here with the kids?” ray asked.

“Yes...”  The Doctor answered.

“so... where will I be sleeping?”

The Doctor guided Raymond over to a special bed that was located near a nightstand,  it was a very comfy one.

“Wow thank you Doc.” Tepig said, as he was tucked, “I owe you this time.”

“Well i’m sure there is a way..”   The Doctor replied.

A few hours went by and all the kids, and Ray, were awaking and waiting for the doc to bring them lunch, as their fellow Pokemon had informed them.

The Doctor entered the room,  he was carrying a tray of assorted Pokemon food including a few treats.

The Nine newly TFd Pokemon got there best lunch in ages as they chowed down. they then approached the Doctor. “Um.. Doc... we’ve been talking... and We have a gift for you.” Ray said.

“Oh?  What is it?”  The Doctor inquired.

One by one, the nine pokemon gave Doc a Bite. “The gift of Pokemon Brotherhood.”

He felt a tingling sensation through his body as blue and black fur sprouted all over it,  his hands and feet shifted to become paw-like as a tail with a star-shaped tip grew out of his rear.  His hair grew into a mane and turned black as his eyes turned yellow with red scleras  his nose turned
red and his face pushed out into a muzzle.

The Doctor was now transformed into a Luxray.

“You can live happily with all of us, and you can simply TF kids with a gently bite.” Leon said. “it’s our way of saying thank you for your kindness.

“Now I love the sound of that!”   The Doctor exclaimed.

:Though... we came up with a new name for you... how does Doctor Luxray sound?” Jonah asked.

“I’d like that a lot.”  Doctor Luxray responded.

The Kids all smiled.

“Group cuddle!” called Yukio.

The group of Pokemon all cuddled up as Doctor Luxray held them in his paws,  he felt happy and glad that he came to help and that he did such a noble and kind deed by taking care of the kids.

Now a Pokemon himself, Doctor Luxray continue his work, transforming and care for good kids.

Many of his kids called him their hero.
